“Homeroom Series” After-school Program
Crestar Health “Homeroom Series” after-school program is designed to help school age youth with social skills, life skills and behaviors by offering a variety of activities to include; home economics, financial literacy, agriculture, ART and music. This program is therapeutic in nature and designed to address multiple needs of school age youth. The “Homeroom Series” after-school program is offered during the school year from 3PM-6PM at designated program site locations.
Alternative Suspension Support Program (ASSP)
Crestar Health Alternative Suspension Support Program is a supportive program for adolescents that are suspended from school. This program is designed to offer support, guidance, behavioral counseling and educational resources for students during a school suspension.
Agricultural Awareness Program
Crestar Health has partnered with Session Farm to develop programs to bring awareness of the benefits to agriculture in combination with mental and physical health. This is a 12-week program aimed to educate seniors and youth on agriculture and home agriculture practices.

Intensive In-Home (children and adolescents 4-18)
- Therapy, Counseling and Positive Programs aimed to provide support to the whole family
Mental Health Skill Building (adults)
- Therapy, Life Coaching and Counseling aimed to help adults to lead an independent, healthy lifestyle
During COVID-19 Executive Order 53 all new clients who qualify will receive a free technology device to support tele-health services.
