Mobile Crisis/ 988

Crestar Health mobile crisis service is offered to communities as response to mental and/or behavioral health crisis. Crestar Health Mobile Crisis/988 services comes to the person in crisis to help with on-scene evaluation, safety planning and connecting person to resources and community supports. All Crestar Health Mobile Crisis Responders are certified through Virginia Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Services (DBHDS).

23‐Hour Crisis Stabilization Services

Crestar Health 23‐Hour Crisis Stabilization service provides stabilization interventions to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis for a period of up to 23 hours in a community‐based clinic setting. Services also provides mental health assessment, psychiatric evaluation, nursing assessment and care coordination to additional resources and community supports.

Community Stabilization

Crestar Health community stabilization service is offered to youth and families experiencing an extreme increase in personal stress. Community Stabilization services are designed to help link and connect individuals to resources to decrease stress and threat of immediate crisis. Community Stabilization Service is offered for up to 28 hours after a life changing event that has affected a person’s mental, physical, or personal distress.
